Adult Foster Care (AFC) is a special MassHealth program prescribed by a physician, offering personalized care within a qualified home setting. At Covil Home Care, our AFC program provides more than just assistance; we offer a lifeline of support through a caring team of registered nurses, dedicated caregivers, and supportive management. Our services include help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), and other personal care needs, all delivered with compassion and respect to enhance the quality of life for each individual we serve.

Our AFC program is for individuals aged 16 and older who need extra help managing daily life due to medical or behavioral conditions. Whether it's assistance with eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, household tasks, laundry, shopping, meal preparation, or medication management, we are here to provide the support needed to live comfortably and confidently at home. We understand the importance of independence, and our caregivers are committed to making everyday life a little easier, while nurturing a sense of dignity and belonging.
